Private Parties
The perfect venue for any private party. The Club boasts 3 main area's which at any time can be closed off for private functions, all of which have their own Bars, Dance Floor, DJ and Security.
Birthdays, Wedding Receptions, Business Functions, Hen Nights, Staff Leaving Parties, Christmas Parties, New Year....the list is endless!
Select the box that applies to the time of the week you would like to hold your party.
The options are weeknights (Sunday to Thursday), Friday evening, or Saturday evening. All the information is below, for any other party queries please feel free to email us at maidstone@belugabar.com and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Please be sure to arrive between 9pm - 10pm to ensure entry for all your guests and your champagne reception.
FOR ALL PRIVATE PARTIES (excluding under 18's) A cover charge of £2 to £5 can be applied per person (which would be collected on the door & refunded to the organizer.) This could be a fundraising or profit making opportunity for the client.

VIP lounge- We can accommodate up to 100 Guests. An area will be roped off exclusively for you. The party will be fully staffed, including waitress service. Inclusive of a complimentary glass of Pinot Grigio for all your guests between 9 -10pm. Guests can visit other floors at their leisure.

| VIP Lounge- For parties of 30 people or more an area can be roped off exclusively for you. This comes with a complimentary glass of Pinot Grigio per person between 9-10 pm. |

| Beluga club - For parties of up to 30 people, an area will be exclusive to your party between 9 - 11PM. At 11PM you party will join the club guests. |

Cost of your party |
The club zone is available for private hire for events such as 16th birthday parties. This can be held on any weeknight (Sunday - Thursday). The cost of hire is inclusive of a DJ, bar staff, security, duty manager, cleaners and all other staff necessary .
A small cover charge per person is applied on the door of all under 18's parties. (Depending on the number of guests from £3.50 - £5)

Date of your party
Please email us with the approximate number of guests attending, and the required date of your party. We will offer alternative dates for your party if the date you requested is not available.
Invites
You will need to provide invitations for all your guests, please request for a sample invitation format when you book your party.
Payment
We ask for full payment to be made when we confirm the booking of your party.
